Although it has not been long since our yearly holiday it now feels like a distant memory. We all had a


fantastic time visiting


some fabulous cities on the Mediterranean staying in a five star floating hotel with the best facilities, food and staff possible.


My little angel met some lovely friends from all over the world and it is lovely that they have all kept in touch…the wonders of social media!!! Without a doubt


we will be booking up to do it all again next year.


In the meantime we are hoping to squeeze in a short break away before school commences in September. It will be a lot harder to get any time away after then as my angel will be starting secondary school which makes things much more difficult to escape.


We don’t have long to wait for our very own fiesta in Quesada and although it is not something I normally take part in, we have friends visiting for a week over this time so it would be rude not to …I am told by the town hall that the festivities will be on the 4th, 5th and 6th of August and on Sunday 30th July the Giant Paella will take place. I guess in Plaza Blanca and I guess at 2pm ...but the programme of events has not officially been released yet. I’m sure we will all find out nearer the time.
