but it’s what Rotary does, year in year out that is important, and that it keeps doing it well with high ethics and trust that we have built up over the 112 years. So what is Rotary about then? It is simple really; it’s about helping in local communities or supporting international communities, but having fun whilst doing that work. Our Rotary International theme from our International President Ian Risely for the year is “Making a Difference” and that is exactly what we are doing in the communities we support.


helping community events, supplying physical items or facilities into the community, to supporting youth through opportunities with wonderful competitions such as Young Chef, Youth Speaks, Young Technologist, Young Photographer and Young Writer, to name but a few, all opportunities to support our young people. We enjoy doing this work along with our community leaders and have over 400 business partners attached to clubs, all ticking their Corporate Social Responsibility box by helping Rotary, and they are thus able to tender for government contracts.
