Keeping a Journal, is it right for you?
Yes, it does, it has been found to help bring clarity to situations you are confused about. Writing down your feelings or what is causing you stress and anxiety can help you place our problems into categories or even steps to help you take on
obstacles you are facing one at a time, instead of feeling overwhelmed. It helps with making difficult decisions easier.
When I started Journaling it was to help trigger lost memories, I hold black holes in my memories and I wanted them back, they were mine after all. I slowly found them and worked through each of them. I was tired of hiding from my past, it felt it was draining me.
I realised all the
traumatic events had been other people’s
decisions which they had decided to inflict on me.
