Cirque du Soleil's Cabinet of Curiosities takes center stage under the iconic blue and yellow big top

irque du Soleil is coming back to Winnipeg, but this time with its most acclaimed Big Top Show, KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities.


Te show will make its home at the corner of Sterling Lyon


Parkway and Kenaston Boulevard under the iconic blue and yellow Big Top for just over a month, premiering June 2nd. Kurios will take the audience back to the latter half of the


nineteenth century - to a time of innovation in a chang- ing world. With inventions such as the telegraph, railroad systems, gramophones and bicycles, people believed any- thing was possible and that the world could be explored in a new way. What can the audience expect? Well, the unexpected!!


Attendees will be transported inside a fantasy world where everything is possible. With high-f lying performers, a steampunk vibe, and live gypsy-jazz and electro-swing music, it all comes together to create a realm where reality is relative. True North Sports and Entertainment, known for bring-


ing big shows to town, has partnered with the touring show and is proud to be a part of the Big Top experience. “We always strive for the highest quality sports and en-
