Now, inspired by previous engagementswith theMFAMondays blog resource and questions fromfriends and colleagues aboutMFA programs and processes, Imade the decision to create a resource for dancers, likemyself, interested in dance-related graduate school programs, to learn the ins and outs of grad school life and get con- nectedwith others on the same journey.

That place I told you about, the one to dialoguewith other like- minded people in the industry about the process and experience of going to grad school for dance…Well, it exists. You don’t have to journey alone.

DancerGrad, an online resource, aims to fill a gap in information available to prospective andmatriculating dance grads, by providing accurate and dance-specific content tailored to the graduate dance community.
