Port of SD hosts Clean and Green Boating Expo, April 9
SAN DIEGO — Boaters are invited to learn more about how they can be environ- mental stewards to San Diego Bay during the Port of San Diego’s Clean and Green Boating Expo scheduled for April 9. The free event provides San Diego
boaters with information on how they can reduce their environmental impact when they use and care for their boat. Guests can learn about cutting edge
boating practices that help the environ- ment and ask questions of vendors and exhibitors who will be onsite to provide information about the latest services and products being offered. Boaters will find out about trial offers, give-
aways and service programs available to them. The Clean and Green Boating Expo will also have a variety of exhibitors ranging from boat industry professionals to environmental organizations, and the State Parks Division of Boating and Waterways, the Port of San Diego and many more. The family-friendly event features special pre-
sentations, boat demonstrations, and touch tanks by the Tuna Harbor Dockside Market and Scripps
