Quality Manager:


Experienced candidates will be responsible for the effective implementation of qual- ity systems and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. They will also be able to actively interface with suppliers and customers on a regular basis. Managing and evaluating a team are key to success in this position. In-depth knowledge of TS16949, PPAP, PFMEA, Six Sigma, and various other quality systems/processes will be critical to the position. Strong computer, verbal, and written skills will be essential from the ideal candidate. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of the powder metal field and career history of progressively increased responsibili- ties in Quality improvement.


Product Engineer:


Candidates will assist in successful product launches and help to make product decisions relative to form, fit, and function on new or existing product. Ideal candi- date will have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of powder metal processes, PFMEA, GD&T, and other quality systems/processes are essential to success in this role. Successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in powdered metal.


Quality Engineer (QE):


The ideal candidate will have knowledge TS16949, PPAP, PFMEA, and various other quality systems/processes. They will have excellent written and verbal com- munication skills as well as be able to interface with various departments within the organization. QE’s must be analytical, organized, and be able to track and un- derstand data to make informed decisions. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of powdered metal quality experience.


Training Coordinator:


Ideal candidates will have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. They will have demonstrated ability to create and maintain organized and accurate re- cords. This person will have responsibility for training topics such as safety, qual- ity, and production processes. As part of the HR team this person will also share in some of the general HR administrative responsibilities. We are seeking dynamic candidates with 1-3 years experience in training & development and/or human re- sources.

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) ADMINISTRATOR


We have an immediate opening for a full-time EHS Administrator in our Operations Department.


In this exempt position, the successful candidate will be responsible for, in part: • Maintaining the ISO 14001 Environmental System and all the necessary training and procedures to adhere to all governmental requirements for hazardous and harmful materials and manufacturing equipment;


• Serves as the company’s contact person for all health & safety regulatory agencies, i.e. OSHA, state, county and federal permitting agencies, EPA, DEP, air pollution control, etc.


• Conducts the monthly Safety Committee meetings and works with all the committee members and other staff members to assure the safety of all employees.


• Organizes and schedules OSHA-required and specialized safety and training programs, including the forklift testing and training.


• Leads the investigation of all incidents and near-misses to minimize reoccurrence and prepares the incident investigation root cause reports.


• Performs hazard assessment (Job Safety Analysis) for all positions and establishes specifi c training requirements to ensure eachemployee is trained and understands the hazards of their job responsibilities.


Successful candidate will possess a four year degree in occupational safe- ty or related fi eld; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Team-oriented interactions with management and manufacturing person- nel. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
