Circuit Clerks’ agenda includes courthouse tour


Above: The Arkansas Circuit Clerks’ Association held its fall continuing education meeting in Rogers. The clerks were shuttled to the Benton County Courthouse and Administraive building, where they toured sev- eral offices and learned about e-recording.
