Recycling company takes ’Ice Bucket Challenge’ to the extreme
A brave group of employees from leading Dorset-based recycling organisation, Commercial Recycling, took part in an epic 5,000 litre Ice Bucket Challenge in September.
Not wishing to be outdone by their nominators, the ladies persuaded the company’s operations team to tip more than 5,000 litres of iced water over them. The water was dispensed from a height using the company’s 32-tonne loading shovel.
Commercial Recycling operates a water recovery solution at its Canford Recycling Centre, which enables water to be reused throughout the site with its aggregate washing plant.
