THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW


Children and young people who are in receipt of a free school meal or hold an All Access (concession) card are entitled to a free place on any of the activities within this programme (excluding swimming lessons and the arts programmes at Eastwood Park Theatre, where concessionary priced places are available). Please ask for details when booking.


SPORTS ACTIVITIES Participants should wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the activity (e.g. trainers for the indoor activities and for the synthetic pitches) and bring waterproof clothing for outdoor activities. Participants should bring a still drink (water, diluting juice etc).


PLAY IN THE PARK Please make sure children don’t wear their best clothes – they may get dirty, but that’s part of the fun!

SWIMMING To ensure your child is placed in a class at the appropriate level, all swimming activities should be booked in person by calling into the relevant sports centre see pages 26 – 31 for more details.


HEALTHY LUNCH When you see this symbol, it means that a healthy lunch will be provided
