GARLEX™ Salt is a granular product which binds fresh garlic extract and an absorbent salt base to form a consistent, high quality ingredient which has a strong, fresh garlic aroma.
It can be used as a direct alternative to other garlic sources in the manufacture of animal feeds and supplements providing a concentrated level of the properties normally associated by including conventional garlic oils, powders or granules as well as enhancing any fi nished products’ aroma.
The activity of Garlex Salt is determined by a unique fi ngerprint using HPLC analysis (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). This ensures consistent polysulphide activity leading to a product effi cacy unequalled in the marketplace.
