lackheart International (BHI) is a Philippi, West Virginia-based supplier of tactical gear and supplies for a variety of companies and government agencies, both at the national and international level. The company’s primary focus is to provide logistics solutions to agencies and units attached to the Department of Defense (and other federal agencies), private security contractors, as well as local and national law enforce- ment agencies. BHI is also a manufacturer of a wide range of military and defense products primarily geared towards special operations units working in “hot zones” around the world. Some examples of BHI’s manufac- tured products include satellite communications antennas, combat medical kits, specialized foreign weapons components (for RPG-7 rocket-propelled grenade launchers and PKM machine guns), detailed NATO and Non-Standard Weapons (former Soviet-Bloc) manuals, semi-automatic tactical rifles for civilian and law enforcement use, and assorted firearms components.

Blackheart International is a GSA-contract holder (Contract #: GS-07F-9416S), ATF-licensed Destructive Devices Manufacturer, NFA Firearms Manufacturer, Ammunition Manufacturer and Firearms Importer. We are registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to conduct business around the globe. Blackheart International abides by all ITAR regulations, and we are licensed to sell and export ITAR-related items. In addition, we have available over 150 products and over 30 Tactical Training courses on our GSA Schedule (also available through DoD eMall).
