5 Elements - after Hockney 1-Man

2-Rebuilds

among the dim forest shadows his eyes

have a vivid color density when bent light sweeps by

to freshen earth like a maid

man must move to quicken this tincture his torso envies a midnight feel when both hands are a curfew cry quite simply a stroke brushed with clear intention

storm reverberations reveal an epiphany and the barren valleys remorse for

chilled sensation deflects to shine on this young man with an art man’s heart a single stroke toward acceptance beginning anew is the first step on the

paths sense shaken toward youth to reach

new composition of rehearsed freedom encapsulated

3-Destroys feel the spite

forming inside below

a virtual image into the place where what is not seen

stays unknown with eyes open one can not see

with certainty remains

the carnal convergence yesterday

and this queer elemental provision

4-Legend

optical aids key the eyes focus where tears weep running downhill after waterfall happens

like a blank sheet clean as winter until

brain structures intuitively feel what desires

we will want to see this is it

light bending becomes the master vision

after Hockney turns what’s inside out
