Husband and wife aerobatics team, Kyle & Amanda Franklin, were severely injured and hospi- talized after being forced to make an emergency landing in the Waco “Mystery Ship” during Air Fiesta 2011 at the Brownsville-South Pa- dre Island International Airport on March 12, 2011. Amanda is still hospitalized at the Brooke Army Medical Center burn unit in San Antonio, Texas.
