Navajo Street, Farmington, NM 87401) located at the Airport. The premises consist of an aircraft hangar facility and office space of approxi- mately 8,500 sf. Additional aircraft ramp space may be negotiated with this lease. The term for the hangar lease is a minimum of five (5) years. The minimum acceptable lease amount is $15,300.00 annually with monthly payments of $1,275.00. The lease amount will be subject to a Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjust- ment every other year from the effective date of the lease. Lessee evaluation and selection will be in accor- dance with the Four Corners Regional Airport Leasing Policy dated January 27, 2006. LOI should include; 1) Compatibility with long-term development objectives of the Airport, 2) Contribution to airport growth and services, 3) Lessee investment in new facilities and im- provements, 4) Potential employment and job creation by the lessee.
