Gray Monk’s Vineyard was started in 1972 by George and Trudy Heiss, with the winery opening in 1982. Today, they have over 100 acres of lush vineyards overlooking Lake Okanagan and, as BC’s oldest family estate winery, they remain true to their roots.
Jackson-Triggs Estate Wines carries the distinction of being voted “Best Canadian Winery” 19 times in the past decade.
See ya later Ranch produces premium varietals – including Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer,Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Semillon – blended wines, an Ehrenfelser Icewine, and a classical method Brut.
Osoyoos Larose provides outstanding wines using the classic Bordeaux varietals Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec, New World state-of-the-art equipment and technology while employing the centuries-old winemaking traditions of France.
As a joint venture between the Osoyoos Indian Band and Vincor Canada, Nk’Mip is proud of its native roots and culture.
Excellent grapes and facilities and a cooperative climate are para- mount to Inniskillin Okanagan’s success. The unique site climate at Dark Horse is one of the warmest in Canada and boasts the country’s lowest recorded rainfall (250mm). Intense sunlight ripens the grapes to full maturity while cool nights help to retain acidity.
Notable wines from Sumac Ridge Estate Winery’s vineyards, a leader in the BC wine industry, consist of Gewürztraminer, Meritage, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, “Méthode Classique” sparkling wines, and Icewine.
Summerhill Pyramid Winery was named ‘Canadian Wine Producer of the Year’ in 2009 by the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London, England, which is like the Oscars of the wine world.
The Huber family is North America’s fi rst “Ice Wine” producer and Canada’s fi rst “Certifi ed Organic” winery. Every wine the Huber family produced and released since 2002 under the Deep Creek Wine Estate and Hainly Vinyards Estate Winery labels, has won medals at international competitions.
Quails’ Gate is respected as one of the top producers of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Okanagan Valley.

The Okanagan Estate Wine Shoppe is situated in the departure lounge and is open daily from 6 am – 8 pm.
Travelers can choose from a wide variety of local wines that they can bring along as carry-on baggage. The friendly, knowledgeable staff will be happy to box your bottles.
