Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualifi ed
companies or partnerships of companies, under the contractual leadership of
one company. The Council wishes to carry out a preliminary technical feasibility
study for a potential new community stadium together with leisure facilities in
Coleraine, Northern Ireland. The leisure facilities may include athletics track,
swimming pools, sports halls and fi tness gyms.
The preliminary technical feasibility study to be undertaken is to assess the
technical and capital fi nance parameters for a comprehensive community stadium
