General Manager
37 hours per week - up to £38,766 plus beneﬁ ts

Larkﬁ eld Leisure Centre, highly commended under Quest, has health and ﬁ tness facilities, leisure and competition pools
to rival any in the South East.
As General Manager, you will have previous experience of managing a busy leisure facility and will be comfortable
managing the £2.25 million annual budget and up to 200 staff. Reporting to the Leisure Contracts Manager, the General
Manager is a key player within a team driving continuous improvement in the management and operation of the Borough’s
leisure facilities. The key focus for the successful candidate will be the delivery of a high standard of service to the
customer on a day to day basis. You should be quality driven, have sound operational and people skills, be ﬂ exible and
have a ‘Can Do’ approach to work.
