yoga as a way to release stress and fell in love with the
practice and philosophy of yoga. In time, she realized her
dream of going to India and becoming an instructor. Her

Classes for younger children incorporate music, storytelling
and nursery rhymes. Elements of history, science, anatomy
and more are brought into yoga classes for older children
for whole body learning. Family classes combine all of these
elements. We go directly into childcare centers, schools,
after school programs, community centers and more.
