The Centre Manager takes overall responsibility for the effective management and operation of one of our centres. Reporting to the General Manager

facilities. You will have responsibility for the production of your own financial forecasts and budgets, and it is a requirement that QUEST standards are
achieved and exceeded.

It is probable that you will hold a degree or equivalent qualification but it is essential that you possess excellent communication and client liaison skills. You
will be allowed the freedom to manage and develop your staff efficiently to meet the customer and operational requirements of the contract; we want you to
have your own developed, dynamic and responsive team through open communication and good management. It goes without saying that flexibility and a
customer service approach is a necessity.
