Sustaining a diverse work force is a business imperative. Only by creating an inclusive
environment where diversity is supported can we build teams and relationships that are
smarter than the sum of the individual parts; an environment where… people feel their con-
tributions are unique and valued and where they have an opportunity to learn from those
around them and to grow. As a result…creativity and innovation thrive, resulting in new
advances in products and services. Teams make more globally informed decisions and are
better able to build strong customer relationships. A diverse culture enables us to success-
fully capture important emerging markets.
