Dedicated to painting the world as he sees it, Quartly captures ro- mance and beauty like no other. A plain white canvas becomes a beautiful European city scene, a Mediterranean Sea scape or a warm California landscape. Quartly began oil painting at age 13, demonstrating a love of life, nature, color and form. His technique is intriguing and en- ergetic. Utilizing oil, resin, brush and palette knife; his forced per- spective bold color and texture all invite and inspire the viewer into the scene.
