n the wake of Europe’s recent coming together to contest the Ryder Cup against the USA, SGB Golf is also


showing solidarity in Europe with a historic announcement with the PGAs


of Europe, the Association of 36 National PGA member countries. The Media Partner Relationship will allow for


content and information to be shared between both parties through the various website, digital magazine, and social media channels and also via SGB Golf’s app, which is a first for the golf trade. The editorial shared will ensure that both SGB


Golf and the PGAs of Europe are bringing their readers the essential European trade news through SGB Golf magazine on a monthly basis and also IGPN- International Golf Pro News, a monthly digital magazine tailored to PGA Professionals and the National PGA bodies in each of the PGAs of Europe member countries. The Media Partnership also gives SGB Golf the


opportunity to touch each of the PGAs and facilitate the provision of key trade information directly to 36 PGAs and subsequently their approx. 21,000 PGA Professional members. SGB Golf publishing director, Paul Ryder was

It obviously presents huge advantages for us with the trade as our magazine will have the potential distribution to 21,000 PGA members, but not only that, it’s important as a trade magazine to have close relations with pros across Europe. Ian Randell, chief executive of the PGAs of


Europe, said: "In the past two years we have put a lot of effort into optimising our communications and as part of that, a strong element is the content we are producing online and in our digital magazine, International Golf Pro News. The Media Partner Programme is designed to enhance our existing relationships, and develop new ones with media outlets, publications and all manner of content creators, with a view to assisting the continued advancement in terms of quality and quantity of the content produced to the mutual benefit of all concerned. “SGB Golf are well versed in the art of content
