Spectrum Industrial strengthens customer relations team
S
pectrum Industrial, the Centurion Europe brand specialising in the design and manufacture of signs and safety products has appointed Danielle Morris as customer relations manager. The new role is entirely customer focussed and will allow Spectrum to develop both its products and services entirely in line with customer needs. Bringing a vast wealth of customer service experience to her new position, Danielle, who was most recently in a business development manager role which included customer liaison and extensive project management, has also previously worked at NuTool. Commenting on her appointment, Danielle said, ‘This is a great opportunity to develop business and I’m looking forward to the challenge. Spectrum is a progressive company and my appointment further reflects its commitment to providing a great experience for the customer.’

Paul King joins The Shield Group as Regional Director

aul King has been appointed as Regional Director at The Shield Group, the UK’s largest
independent Total Security Solutions (TSS) provider. Mr King, who joined the Group in October, brings with him 25 years of security industry experience, of which 15 years have contributed to his exceptionally strong leadership and expert client relationship abilities through senior management positions. Mr King will be based in The Shield
Group’s Manchester Office and will be looking after the Group’s Northern portfolio, where his commitment to customer service and officer welfare will ensure that The Shield Group’s standards are maintained at its highest level and that back-up and support are always available to his onsite teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Mr King has also been a dedicated member of the Manchester City Crime Prevention Panel for eight years, of which he was appointed Chairman at the end of 2013. LL has made three new appointments to its UK Workplace Consultancy team which advises clients on how to redefine their work styles in order to create space-efficient and cost effective workplaces that enhance business performance. Trevor Alldridge (pictured) will head JLL’s UK Workplace Consultancy team based in the firm’s Warwick Street headquarters. Trevor was previously
managing director
of independent workplace consultancy, AOS and formerly chairman of Opus 4 Group. He began working for large corporate occupiers in 1985, undertaking workplace strategy, design and project management assignments and went on to form Opus 4 with John Symes in 1995. John Symes, has been appointed Director of Workplace Strategy where his responsibilities will extend to workplace design and change. Prior to joining JLL, John was director of workplace strategy and project management for EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) at AOS Group where he was tasked with managing the delivery of workplace strategy and project management services across EMEA. Also joining the team is Maciej Markowski, who has been appointed associate director. Maciej joins the firm from CBRE where he managed research and change management projects across EMEA for clients including Cisco, HSBC, Unilever, Nokia, Swiss Re and ING Bank. Commenting on his team’s remit,
