The Scopus Cited References Expansion project will see eight million articles dating between 1970 and 1996 re-indexed to include cited references, making it possible for Scopus users to analyze trends and evaluate authors over an additional 26 years. Covering all major publishers and scientific fields of study, the project will increase the depth of Scopus’s scholarly content.
