Sushi Roku

Sushi Roku began as a successful Los Angeles sushi bar, but today offers its stunning and decadent sushi in the land-locked state of Nevada as well. Located in The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas, Sushi Roku is a place of artistry, where the appearance and taste of each roll exceeds the last. The combination of Asian cuisine with California flair makes this contemporary pioneer a must! With so many menu options, there is something for everyone. Along with sushi, the restaurant offers a complete Asian Fusion menu. Vernon Cardenas, who trained at La Petite Chaya in Los Angeles, created the a la carte menu. La Petite Chaya was one of the first Asian fusion restaurants in North America, giving Cardenas a unique view on integrating Western American and Asian cuisine. Yoshi Nakazawa oversees the sushi bar, preparing creations such as the artfully designed Matsu and Umi sushi platters, crowd favorites. Using only the finest quality and freshest fish from around the world, Nakazawa brings the sea to diners in a unique art form, each roll almost too beautiful to eat. Sushi Roku can seat up to 225 in four different sections, offering private dining, bar seating, tatami room, and a lounge area. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner, and a not-to-be-missed happy hour. Besides the modern Japanese cuisine, Sushi Roku also has an extensive array of Sake, sold by the glass or bottle. The high-end Sakes are served cold, not to diminish the floral aroma that can be lost in the heating process. An unforgettable dining experience, exquisite architecture adds to the ambiance, as the strategic use of stone, bamboo, and running water create a natural and balanced Japanese aesthetic.
