Job Description – Construction Planner


With a proven Planning track record stretching across a wide range of construction disciplines, procurement routes and contract types, you will have a demonstrable record of providing support to multi-disciplinary teams. You will have developed a robust personality, be a good communicator and have good persuasive skills. The role will be suited to a clear logical thinker who is able to analyse, innovate and distil sometimes quite complex matter into easily understandable plans.


The role will focus on:


● Preparation of design, procurement and construction programmes ● Providing advice to clients on the development of construction methodology ● Production of phasing slides to accompany programmes to assist clarity ● Laying out site logistics based upon site constraints ● Monitoring and reporting against progress throughout the construction


process ● Demonstrable tender planning experience


Other Information


● Experience in migration planning would be an advantage ● Ideally Degree qualifi ed with a minimum of three to fi ve years ‘experience. ● Good communication skills, and the ability to work within a team environment


or as an individual ● Ambitious and determined to succeed.
