Product Manager £35,000 - £40,000 basic + bonus

As an integral member of the dynamic marketing team your main responsibilities will be to:- conduct regular market research on the lighting and construction market to identify new product opportunities and trends, develop a feedback process to capture product request data from the regional sales team, organise regular feedback sessions/forums with customers and the regional sales team, set up a product specification sheet to provide detailed information to the technical and procurement teams for new product requests, manage and update the master product file in conjunction with the purchasing and commercial management teams, arrange regular product introduction presentations and ongoing product training with members of the sales teams (both internal and external) and marketing teams plus key customers where appropriate.
