Sfernice components for automotive and off-road applications

vishay Sfernice 351HE and 981HE position sensors are currently used in off-road vehicles like tractors, fork lift trucks, cranes, loaders, excavators. Common applications are: accelerator and clutch pedals, front wheel steering, lift and shuttle, and hitch control. The sensors have a very long life with no drift of performance as they use a non- contacting Hall effect technology. Vishay Sfernice D2TO, LTO 100, and LPS thick film resistors are intended for use in snubber and pre-charge applications in automotive HEV/EV battery management. They can handle from 3.3 W on a PCB up to 1100 W with a cooled heatsink. They feature high pulse capabilities up to over 1000 joules. The thick film resistors are non-inductive and provide a wide resistance range of 0.01 Ω to 900 kΩ. Packaged in TO-263, TO-247, and 57 x 60 mm packages, the devices save valuable space on circuit boards. D2TO components are AEC-Q200-qualified. For more information contact
