GE Lighting has been specified by Epping Forest District Council to supply its 600 x 600 recessed Lumination™ LED Luminaires in the phased refurbishment of its Civic Offices. The energy efficiency and advanced performance of the lighting range will result in the Council making significant annual savings on running and maintenance costs. The Council began a phased programme of refurbishment works to the building, which has involved replacing all the lighting in the offices, corridors and toilets. This has involved the installation of new fibreboard ceilings and GE’s Lumination™ LED Luminaires.

MID Lighting have introduced their new Surface Century fitting, a surface version of their very successful recessed version.
The Surface Century has a 10W LED which is available in 3000K & 4000K colour temperatures. The extruded aluminium body is supplied in an oxidised finish with a white version as an option and can be supplied in 60, 80, 90 & 120 beam widths. An emergency version is available and the Surface Century can be supplied with a wire suspension for use as a pendant. Recessed Century is also available in 5W, 10W and 13W.
