Triofast BV, based in the Netherlands, supplies a range of items including ferrous, non-ferrous and special products. All of which underline the company’s more than half a century of knowledge and experience.


riofast supplies fasteners with various types of thread including UNC, UNF, BSW and BSF – with its products meeting standards such as ISO, DIN ASTM, ANSI and BS. Triofast states that as a company it knows what specific markets want and ensures it delivers to its customers’ needs. Through selected manufacturers Triofast guarantees a high quality level for its ferrous, non-ferrous and special ranges.


Triofast’s ferrous range includes all conceivable iron fasteners from nuts, rings, bolts and threaded ends to cramp irons, plugs, nails and screws. Customers can also choose between various surface treatments including untreated steel, galvanised, dacromet, geomet, hot-zinc dipped, mechanically galvanised, nickel, as well as coppered or coated (PTFE, duplex or delta silicon). The non-ferrous range features high-quality fasteners in a wide


range of materials such as stainless steel in the qualities A2 (304) and A4 (316), messing, nylon, aluminium, copper, monel, hastelloy, incoloy, inconel and titanium. Other products available in non-ferrous include nuts, rings, bolts and threaded ends, cramp irons, plugs, nails and screws. For those customers looking for a specific type of fastener –


Triofast can also offer a specials range. For the production of specials Triofast looks at the technical specifications with customers before working with its manufacturers. The specials can range from non-standard dimensions to special surface treatments with high quality assured.

hese extremely small fasteners can serve as practical, cost-effective, and permanently secure solutions enabling quicker assembly of devices ranging from hand-held consumer electronics including tablets, phones, and laptops to medical equipment, among others. Bulletin MPF includes all specifications, installation and performance data for the entire microPEM product family. Solutions include self-clinching pins with threads as small as M1 for positioning and alignment applications, self-clinching and surface-mount standoffs, and nuts in lengths as short as 0.04 inches / 1mm for mounting and/or spacing requirements. Other solutions include TackPin™ fasteners in a variety of styles enabling sheet-to-sheet attachment, inserts providing strong


metal threads in plastic assemblies, and screws available in sizes as small as M0.8 and as short as 0.04 inches / 1mm. Part drawings (PEM CAD Library) for these RoHS-compliant fasteners can also be accessed online.
