Recently, a committee composed of five members from each of PEC's board districts met to review and recommend updates to PEC's Bylaws. Inside this program, you'll find their recommended changes. However, we need your help! Upon registration at this year's Annual Meeting, you will receive a Bylaws Amendment voting ballot. Vote either "YES" or "NO" on the recommended amendments and turn in your ballot at the Bylaws Voting booth located inside the Big Red Barn. You'll receive a FREE People's Electric Cooperative tote bag (shown at right) in exchange for your vote!

Be sure to keep the program (shown above) that you should receive in the mail. You’ll need it to present to registration workers as soon as you arrive. Your program will enter you in all of this year’s prize drawings, and you’ll also need it to receive your portion of the cooperative’s profits in the form of capital credits. This year, over $1,000,000 will be returned. Also, the first 3,000 members to register will receive this year’s registration gift--a PEC 75th


Anniversary Cookbook. This cookbook is compiled of incredible recipes that our members submitted last year.


Activities for the young and the young at heart will be taking place throughout the day including prize giveaways, free pony rides, sand art, carnival games and live entertainment from the Big Red Barn stage. A grand prize drawing for $1,000 will be held at the end of the business meeting, and you must be present to win.

MCATIA will be hosting exciting and educational events for the whole family! Gates will open at 7:30 each morning. Throughout these fun-filled days, attendees will be able to experience wheat threshing, hay baling, corn shelling, tractor games, arts and crafts, tractor pulls, wood sawing, a tractor rodeo, soap making, a consignment auction, and much more at an admission fee of only $3.00 per person! Under 16 and over 60 are free!
