PEC launches new website to better serve members

eople’s Electric Cooperative (PEC) is excited to launch its new website designed to allow members to easily access PEC information and pay utility bills online. 0601801500 The new
peopleselectric.coop website (which replaces PEC’s prior web home at
peoplesec.com) debuts a simplified, new look allowing members and businesses to quickly navigate the site.

The new website allows members to log into their ebill accounts right from the homepage, complete application for service at an existing location and also view outages on a live outage map.
According to Carlton Tilley, the co-op’s Senior Vice-President of Administrative Services, “We redesigned the website to better serve our members. Our members have busy, hectic lives and our new webpage provides them with the tools they need to quickly take care of business.”

opportunities, a variety of safety and energy conservation tips, along with information about PEC’s additional products and services.
“We strive to effectively communicate with our member-owners. Upgrading the website is one more way to better serve them, and help them understand the programs we offer and what makes PEC so unique,” said Tilley.
The new website, designed by Ada-based firm, Cantrell Solutions, Inc., makes accessing your co-op information at home via computer or tablet easy. Even from your mobile device, the new website provides functionality and convenience.
