Wireless Internet expands reach More local communities enjoy high speed surfing

pread the word! The surf is up in Valliant, Idabel, Broken Bow and some 20 other rural communities as high speed wireless Internet broadens its


reach. The service, a partnership of Choctaw Electric Cooperative and Valliant Telephone, is bringing wireless Internet to some of southeast Oklahoma’s most remote communities.


Internet service is available now in the following towns:

Some areas in Finley and Farris Ft. Towson

The service costs $29.99 per month plus tax, with a one-time installation fee of $200, a savings of $50 for co-op members. To help members cover the installation cost, CEC offers special financing with low monthly payments itemized on your electric bill.

To sign up for wireless Internet service, please stop by your CEC office in Hugo, Antlers or Idabel and fill out a service and installation application. Applications are also available online at www.choctawelectric.coop.
