Make debtors pay, or Else
Making its Show debut, Else Solicitors will explain the services it offers to hire companies for tackling the problem of bad debts. It will outline three criteria that should be followed, namely drafting sound terms and conditions, good credit control practices, and thorough knowledge of your legal options. The company suggests that, as cash flow is the lifeblood of any business, the need for hirers to be on top of cash collection can make the difference between coming out of a challenging trading climate a success, or not coming out of it at all.
Power Lift makes tracks
Prominent on Power Lift UK’s stand will be the Easylift R160 tracked access platform and two models from the Faraone range of mast boom platforms. The Easylift R160 offers a working height of 15.6m and 7.5m of outreach, and has a compact working footprint of 2800 by 2800mm. Extendable tracks and proportional cable remote tracking are now available as an option.
Also on display will be the new Faraone PK50s self-propelled access platform, which provides a 5m working height and a safe working load of 200kg. The machine has a footprint of 750 by
1000mm and an overall gross machine weight of just 290kg.
Shindaiwa’s quiet performers
Shindaiwa will exhibit the three existing models from its range of welder generators, with welding outputs of 165, 200 and 300A, and which are designed for low noise levels. The new ECO500 model will also be launched. An advanced system of auto-idle is fitted as standard on the ECO165UK and ECO300UK models whereby, after a period of inactivity, the optimum engine speed for the job in hand is set automatically, without first running at maximum rpm. This reduces fuel consumption, noise and engine wear. The ECO300UK unit has a large, 37 litre fuel tank which is claimed to provide up to three days’ operation. It offers a 3-phase 415V, 8kVA supply in addition to its standard, single phase 110V CTE, 3kVA output.
