It started with cooking pots


Exactly 80 years ago, in 1930, Mr. Alfred Honsel started to produce cooking ware made from aluminium – whose holders were fixed with rivets. The focus was sharpened on the development of these parts, with HONSEL becoming a manufacturer of clutch lining and brake pad rivets for a short time. Today the three companies of the HONSEL-Group are serving the whole range of modern rivet-technology.

ONSEL concentrates on design and production of individual parts such as special blind rivets, blind rivet nuts and bolts, guide and distance bushes, collar stud and stud bolts or specific parts according to


customer requirements. HONSEL points out that examples of its long standing


experience in engineering premium fasteners are demonstrated in its innovative products such as the patented OPTO multigrip blind rivet nut, as well as blind rivet nuts with adjustable grip ranges or integrated seals, just like light weight aluminium blind rivet bolts. Finally the construction of process controlled automation
