it is being perceived, you just might be sending out the wrong message, or worse, no impression at all. I know you’re busy running your business and time is scarce. I also know it’s critical to your overall brand that you align every action, every communication, every image a customer has of you, with the brand you want to portray. Do you or your employees talk negatively about customers, staff members or instructors in front of or within earshot of customers? I hope the answer is a resounding no, never! If you’re not sure, perhaps it’s time to make sure that never happens. Again, everything is about your brand, something that requires constant attention and monitoring lest it fall from grace.
