Among the customised projects
developed, the company presents two
nozzles that are particularly interesting
for use in special applications. This
nozzle type for edge gate injection is
mostly used for internal injection in
critical points and when the shape of the
moulding part requires the use of a small
tip. This nozzle is also suggested when it
is necessary to keep the heated part of
the nozzle from the surface of the
moulding part, in order to avoid spots
and defects. Therefore it is suitable for
internal moulding of plastic parts like
caps, small parts and extended
containers. Depending on the specific
requests, it is possible to personalise the
distance from the injection point to the
nozzle axis. This nozzle is not suitable
for injection of abrasive materials. This
nozzle with exended tip and with a
maximum inclination of 45°, is suggested
when the injection point is located in
critical positions and when the
application requires the use of a very
small tip. It is possible to personalise the
tip inclination, depending on the position
of injection point. This nozzle can be
used both for internal and external
injection of the moulding parts.
