GETTING TO PATIENT- READY-LEVEL CLEAN

According to Holderman, “We provide the most detailed patient-ready facility make-ready services.” She is quick to add, though, that what was once the domain solely of healthcare facilities, has now become desirable— or even required—in other types of facilities. This level of service can be implemented anywhere that infection protection would be a concern, noting that if you have the ability to get something “patient-ready,” you can take those same principles and apply it to other venues.

Additionally, Elite will help clients understand what cleaners/products can be used on what finishes. Elite will even come in and do lunch and learns to help all parties gain an understand- ing of the process and best practices.

Elite Facility Systems is based in Dallas, Texas and Richmond, Va. but they go everywhere. To date, they have done consulting in nine different countries and in more than 20 states as well as cleaning in 14 states.

to use rubber floors with divots, the longevity is not going to be more than five to seven years before it has to be replaced. But if you put in flat floors and we can run machines over them, they’re going to last considerably longer.”

Holderman stresses that bringing her firm in at the start is the best way to maintain the highest level of economy, cleanliness and sustainable success. They will help figure out which finishes will endure the cleaning cycles/life cycles. “I can do your make-ready services but I can do so much more for you. Bring me in at the beginning and I can help you save money in the long run.”
