The Emergency Department at Mount Sinai Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center, Certified Stroke Center and EDAP. We are a Region XI Associate Hospital that receives and directs Chicago Fire Department ambulances, and our ED sees approximately 55,000 visits and more than 2,000 Level 1 traumas annually. Our dynamic, fast-paced department offers a great team of committed, skilled co-workers and includes 23 main ED beds and 8 fast-track beds.

Located in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on Chicago’s south side, Holy Cross Hospital is a Level 2 Trauma & Certified Stroke Center. This dynamic facility consists of North and South emergency departments that operate within the framework of the mission, vision, and values of Holy Cross Hospital. We focus our deep, collective expertise and passion on improving the health of the 1.5 miillion people who live in our diverse service area. Our team of dedicated caregivers is uniquely committed to building stronger, healthier communities.
