Donlan, Bartholomay end partnership Gretchen Donlan and Nathan Bartholomay have ended their partnership. Bartholomay
has expressed interest in fi nding a new partner, while Donlan will weigh her options and con- tinue to work toward her college degree. They began their partnership in 2014. The duo trained in Ellenton, Florida,
with coaches Jim Peterson, Amanda Evora and Lyndon Johnston. They placed sev- enth in their debut at the 2015 U.S. Championships and represented Team USA at three ISU Challenger Series events, winning the pairs title at 2015 Challenge Cup. “Although the end of our partnership was unfortunate,
I will always cherish the experiences we had together,” Don- lan said. “I support Nate in his future skating endeavors and wish him the very best. My sole focus now is directed to- ward making a full recovery from my illness and returning to the sport I love.” “I want to thank Gretchen along with my coaches
for all of there time, eff ort and energy in working to- gether to make us a better team,” Bartholomay said. “It’s always hard to separate from a partnership but I am looking forward to continuing in competitive skating and starting a new chapter. I wish Gretchen all the best in her recovery and all the best in her future with fi gure skating.”
