Aurora, Ohio, announced it has opened a 10,000 sq.-ft. vacuum impregnation service center in Santa Catarina, part of the Mon- terrey Metropolitan Area in Nue- vo Leon, Mexico. Initially, the service center will offer impreg- nation services to GW’s existing OEM and Tier 1 manufacturers in the automotive industry, many of whom are based nearby in cities like Ramos Arizpe, Saltillo and Monterrey.


Cold Jet, Loveland, Ohio, announced it has completed the acquisition of IceTech, West Chester, Ohio. In 2015, both companies launched new and improved dry ice blasting


product lines and strengthened their global reach by welcoming new partners and distributors. This acquisition will leverage the strengths of both companies to enhance and streamline future in- novations in dry ice cleaning and production technology.


M3-Systems, Pittsburgh, a


management consulting firm, an- nounced a partnership with AMV Soluciones, Pontevedra, Spain, to distribute ALEA, its blending optimization application for steel, ductile iron, aluminum and copper facilities by reducing and control- ling charge material costs. Te application will reduce the cost of charge materials while maintain- ing quality.
