Shiloh, Sanji Announce Joint Venture Shiloh Industries Inc., Valley City,


Ohio, a global supplier of lightweight- ing, noise and vibration solutions, announced plans to open a new alumi- num casting plant in Nantong, China, in a joint venture with Suzhou Sanji Foundry Equipment Co., Ltd. Shiloh will be the majority shareholder with 55 percent equity. T e plant will manufacture the


company’s family of cast aluminum products, utilizing Shiloh’s high- pressure diecasting and proprietary squeeze casting processes. T is op- eration supports Shiloh’s continued global expansion of its lightweighting technologies, with an expected open- ing in mid-2016. “We continue to expand our

Evercast Receives $55M Loan for Iron Facility


Evercast, a subsidiary of Mexico’s


Grupo Industrial Saltillo (GIS), Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, has re- ceived a $55 million loan from Co- mercia Bank to complete the firm’s ductile iron casting facility. Reports said the Mexican company will re- ceive a $50 million credit within 6.5 years, with a 22-month grace period. The remaining $5 million will come to GIS in the form of a revolving credit, which will be used to support work capital investment for the next three years. Evercast is a joint venture be-
