WWW.GRAHAMMACKENZIEMUSIC.COM Graham Mackenzie is a highly-skilled and creative young fiddle player from Inverness who began playing the instrument at just six years old. He is a graduate of Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music and completed a Master’s Degree in Scottish Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. In 2015, Celtic Connections Festival commissioned Graham to compose Crossing Borders, an inspiring piece of work which he subsequently released as his debut album in 2016.

A hugely talented singer / songwriter, Sophie Ramsay performs original songs plus traditional material in the Scots and Gaelic languages.

Alastair Savage is a seriously accomplished musician who has earned an enviable reputation as a traditional musician in tandem with being a member of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. His 2016 album, Alone with History, is his fourth and combines original compositions with tributes to some of the great figures in Scotland’s musical traditions.
