Carrier scores with customers at Wembley
Carrier recently welcomed UK commercial HVAC customers to its annual conference held at Wembley Stadium to learn more about its sustainable solutions and how Carrier is innovating to address the planet’s most urgent challenges while meeting the needs of customers and supporting communities.
C
arrier presented solutions aligned with customers’ sustainability goals, energy needs, cost pressures, changing business
requirements, comfort needs and health concerns. With its latest generation of chillers, state-of-the-art air handling units and highly effi cient heat pumps, Carrier combines its equipment with building technology, controls, BluEdge® service and aftermarket off erings to provide lifecycle solutions that transform indoor environments.
Didier Genois, vice president and general manager, Carrier Commercial HVAC, Europe, Middle East and Africa, provided his perspective on the market and Carrier’s investment in new products and technologies in line with the phase down and ban on hydrofl uorocarbons and the move towards using low global warming potential hydrofl uoroolefi n and natural refrigerants in line with F-gas regulations. “Decarbonisation should not wait for the
future,” said Genois. “It needs to happen now. At Carrier, we are positioned for sustainability and strive to be a catalyst for positive and energy effi cient solutions that support our customers for the long-term.”
