Condair expands team with two recruits

ondair has recently appointed Jordan Stevens as its new sales manager and Colin Turnbull as installation manager. Stevens joins Condair with


over 10 years of experience in sales management and Turnbull with over 20 years of experience in the HVACR sector.


Dave Marshall-George, sales director at Condair, commented: “It’s wonderful to welcome such experienced professionals to the Condair team, and they’ve really hit the ground running. Jordan has already made a signifi cant impact in enhancing our sales management processes and has helped secure one of our largest ever orders, whilst Colin is now expertly overseeing our busiest period of install projects.” Turnbull said: “The technical expertise available

PACAIR welcomes three new starters P


almer Air Conditioning (PACAIR) has appointed three new members to its dynamic team, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to


the company.


Thain Gummer joins PACAIR as the specifi cation sales manager for the London and South East region. With a career spanning 30 years in the air conditioning industry, Gummer began his journey in distribution as an AC technical support engineer for a national wholesale company. He then moved into product management before transitioning into sales, where he spent 14 years with LG Air Conditioning as the national distribution manager. Recently, Gummer returned to distribution, collaborating closely with installers and consultants, particularly in the VRF market. Bryony Reeve has been appointed as sales support.


Reeve brings valuable experience from her previous role as a service coordinator in the medical fi eld and holds business qualifi cations. At PACAIR, she will be


instrumental in supporting the sales team, handling quotations, answering customer queries, and managing general administrative duties. Laura Jones joins as operations coordinator. With


over two decades of experience in retail and retail management, Jones has honed her customer service and client satisfaction skills. After a successful career transition into the IT industry, she has spent the last two years as a technical operations coordinator, excelling in team collaboration and relationship-building within the workplace. Jones is dedicated to fostering a positive, energetic offi ce environment that enhances productivity and teamwork. Nigel Palmer, managing director of PACAIR, said:

alon Manufacturing has appointed Daniel McGlinchey as its new regional sales


manager in its Central Region, covering the area around the Midlands. Bringing a wealth of experience in account management and business development, McGlinchey is set to strengthen Talon’s presence in the region and drive growth in 2025 and beyond. McGlinchey previously worked as a business development manager at Wago, managing a diverse portfolio of electrical wholesaler accounts and supporting them in supplying products to end users nationwide. ‘I am excited to be part of such


a strong team at Talon and to represent a product I truly believe in,” said Daniel. “My focus will be on hitting key performance targets, building strong customer relationships and ensuring the Central region plays a vital role in Talon’s nationwide success.
