How does Andonspeed work? By just pressing a button a signal light is illuminated on the workstation, clearly indicating the call for action required.

local visualisation of the need for action on the shop floor. By adding a wireless transmitter to the andon light the status light change is then transmitted to a receiver unit which allows the data to be then processed by WERMA’s software package WIN. This software package can be installed on remote client PCs and displays in run-time and productivity views the exact status of the shop floor processes. Reports and analyses can be generated to allow lasting countermeasures to improve efficiency to be considered and implemented.
