In this program, students learn the role and required skills of the Business Analyst as it relates to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Completion of this certificate will indicate to an existing or prospective employer that the participant understands the role of the business analyst during the SDLC, can develop Use Cases into detailed business requirements, and implement the different testing techniques that accompany the SDLC to verify a successful client project installation. Prerequisite: Students entering this program should have at minimum an associate degree or two years of experience in a particular field.
