Susan Warfi eld’s Cleveland Bays were Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion at the Howard County Fair on Au- gust 9. Warfi eld (center) is from Clarksville.


Seven year old Johnny Wells competed in the Appala- chian Trainer Face-off with the rescue pony Simba. This was the fi rst year the compe- tition held a division for kids. Wells’ mother Erin O’Neill competed in the professional division for the fourth time.
