Document Management
Document Management is a key part of Sentinel’s feature set, allowing administrators to upload critical documentation, such as business continuity plans to the recipient app, which can then be downloaded and incident. Sentinel possesses an advanced level of document handling functionality, including but not limited to:
• Allowing certain user groups
• Allowing administrators to embed video, audio and other rich-media elements within the documents.
• Allowing users to take cloud-synchronized notes and highlights from within the document.
• Creating PhoneView versions of documents, allowing them to be easily read on smartphones.
